Arbor Parent App

At St. Paul’s, we use Arbor as our school information and communication system. The Arbor Parent App is the main way that we communicate with parents and carers and enables you to access important information about your child in one place.

Through Arbor, parents and carers can:

• receive messages and important updates from the school;

• view information relating to their child;

• book and pay for school meals;

• make payments for trips and other activities;

• sign up for clubs and activities;

• book parents’ evening appointments; and

• keep contact and personal information up to date.

We strongly encourage all parents and carers to download and use the Arbor Parent App, as this helps ensure that you receive important school information promptly.

Keeping Your Details Up to Date

Arbor uses the contact information held by the school. It is therefore essential that we have your current email address and mobile telephone number.

If your contact details change, please update them through Arbor where possible or contact the School Office so that we can amend our records.

All personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our data protection responsibilities.

Getting Started with the Arbor Parent App

The Arbor Parent App is available free of charge for Apple and Android devices.

To get started:

1. Search for “Arbor” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the Arbor Parent App.

2. Use the email address that you have registered with the school.

3. Follow the instructions within the app to create or access your account.

4. Once logged in, you will be able to see the information and services available for your child.

If you experience any difficulties accessing Arbor, please contact the School Office, who will be happy to help.

We recommend enabling notifications for the Arbor Parent App so that you do not miss important messages or updates from the school.
